Professional Dj since 1992, after dedicating his first years of his career to different styles of music, creating a full circle of musical knowledge, soon discovers music production. In 1999, he recorded his first hip hop album for Baol Music. The success of the hit single Portami al Party having aired on all national networks, brings him to participate in shows like Top of the Pop, 105 Night Express, Giro Festival, Help. This is the start of an intense activity, alternating his performances as a Dj and working in recording studios. In 2001, his background of Funk and Disco brings to life his first vinyl disk of typical House Music, called When I Play the Bass recorded on Nitro records. A year after, with the launch of Fell the Sound, his collaborations as a Dj and as a remixer became numerous. Just think of bands as Traccia Mista (EMI Music) as Djs or Robin Cook with the Susanna remix edited by Stockholm records in Scandinavia. With the start of the brand Royal Beat, identifying his discographic productions, Jurij, as a failed pianist, creates the Funk Bros project. The goal is to play his music live with the help of real musicians. Aside from his productions as a Dj, Dj Jurij tries to bring out new musical styles with an own personality, in a way to transmit precise messages of traditions and future, which bring out in his music a stylish variety of unexpected and solid structure.
